Shipping Policy

Ry & Pen is proud to offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more across Canada and the USA. For all other orders, we offer greatly discounted shipping rates, too.

We pack and ship orders from our Toronto facility, typically within 3-5 business days - often getting them out the door the same day or next day!

We ship primarily with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and USPS based on cost, destination and availability. 

Please note that local charges may occur at the customer’s expense, especially for international orders where additional duties and taxes may apply.

Ry & Pen reserves the right to refund any purchase (it’s rare, but sometimes necessary!). 

Return Policy

While we hope that you'll absolutely love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things happen or don't fit as expected.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your items. All products must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition with original tags still attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us, unless we have incorrectly fulfilled your order.

Returns are eligible for store credit (no restocking fee) or a refund ($5 restocking fee applies).
